REASONS FOR THIS NOTICE
On this page we draw the Intech PRIVACY POLICY referred to the treatment of the personal details of those who have conferred them to Intech. It is an information given in compliance with the art.13 of the Decreto Legislativo n° 196/2003 to those who deal also with the Intech web services. This information is referred also to the Raccomandazione n. 2/2001 that the European authority for the protection of the personal details (gathered in the group created according to art. 29 of the instruction  n 95/46/CE)  have adopted on May 17th, 2001 to find out the least requirements to collect the personal details on line, and,  in particular, way, time and nature of the information that the holders of the treatment have to give to the users when thy connect to web sites , independently of the aim of the connection itself.
The information is given only for the site www.Intechsrl.it and not for other Web sites consulted by link users.

The data conferred to Intech are mainly treated in an automatic way only for the given purposes and for the time that is strictly necessary to the aim for which they have been collected. Special safety measures are taken to prevent data losses, illegal or incorrect  use and not authorized access

SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
The subjects, whom the personal details given to Intech are referred to, have the right to obtain confirmation of their existence or not existence at whatever time and to know their contents and their origin, to check their exactness or to ask to update them, to amend or integrate them. (art. 7 of the Decreto legislative n° 196/2003)
In compliance of the same article they have the right to ask to cancel, to change under an anonymous  form or to block the data for law breaking, and also to oppose in any case, for rightful reasons, to  their treatment

TYPES OF HANDLED DATA
Surfing data

The computer systems and the software procedures  charged of the operation of this web site acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal details whose transmission is implied in the internet  communication standard.
It is an information that is not collected to be related to interested identified people, but that, for its nature, could allow to identify the users elaborating and associating details in the possession of a third party.
These details include the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers linked to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) data of the enquiry, the request time, the way used to put the enquiry to the server, the dimension of the file with the answer, the number code showing the state of the answer given by the server (success, failure, etc.) and other information  about the operation system ant the IT environment of the user.
These data are used only to get anonymous statistic information on the use of the site and to control its proper operation.
The  data of the web links do not last longer than 7 days; this also in compliance of the Art. 3 of the DLgs n. 196/03 (necessity principle), only the information related to the IP address, statistic aim excluded, can be kept for a longer period only for a possible liability  verification of hypothetic crimes to the detriment of the site

Details volunteered by the user

To send optional, explicit, volunteer e-mail to the site addresses involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender address, necessary to answer to the enquiries, together with other personal details quoted in the mail itself.

COOKIES PUBLIC SITE

No personal detail of the user is acquired to the site on this point.
We do not use cookies to send personal information, neither so called persistent cookies of any type, nor systems to trace the users.
The use of the c.d. session cookies (that are not persistently memorized on the user’s computer and vanish at switching off the browser) is strictly limited to send session identifications (that is casual numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow to explore the site safely and efficiently.
The c.d. session cookies used in this site avoid to use other ways potentially dangerous for the surfing privacy and do not allow to acquire any user’s personal data .

ON LINE OPTIONAL SHIPMENT OD DATA AND  COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The shipment of personal data is optional but it can be necessary to give technical information on the products and the maintenance services we offer: therefore it is necessary to give the personal data required by the special form.
Not to give them may afford the impossibility to obtain the requested answers. In order to collect the data directly on the site www.Intechsrl.it (for instance registration forms for services, or to get information on the different products), the link to the information on the data handling is given together with every form

SURFING WITHOUT REGISTRATION

Surfing in the site www.Intechsrl.it is free and it does not require any registration.
Surfing by people who do not register is not controlled either for the origin sites or for the visited pages, but only as quoted in the paragraph  “Surfing data”

SURFING WITH REGISTRATION

The registration is necessary to enroll to receive  the Newsletters or the information on initiatives, events and news on the Intech activity.
Surfing by those who register themselves is not controlled either for the origin sites or for the visited pages

COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION

The given information will be used for the aims connected to the normal carrying out of the Intech activity, included the commercial and marketing policy communication.
If not clearly quoted in the information related to each handling, the personal information collected by Intech will not be communicated to third or spread.
